The offshore software development outsourcing services are the core business, which focus on the Application Development and Management, Web Services, System Integration, Software Engineering, Business Process Engineering, etc.
IBM Global Delivery Center is taking the strategic role of global resource of IBM, supporting IBM global accounts and international clients.
IBM Dalian Global Delivery Center was established in Oct, 2003. The center situated at Dalian Software Park. There are about 1000 employees working here. The business includes: Application Development and Management; Web Services; Business Process Engineering; IT Outsourcing and etc. We are servicing the customers who are from USA, Japan, ANZ, Singapore and etc.
